  • Where is Dublin Self Storage located?

  • How long is the rental agreement?

    Rental agreements are flexible, month-to-month plans. There is no fixed ending date so you can store with us for as long you want.

  • Am I able to pay my storage bill online?

    Yes, you can pay online using a debit or credit card. You can also set up recurring payments online so you never have to worry about missing a payment. Create an account and sign in when your bill is due.

  • When can I access my storage unit?

    Access your storage unit whenever you need. All tenants have 24-hour access.

  • Do I need insurance to protect my belongings in storage?

    Yes, you will either need to provide your renter’s or homeowner’s insurance information at the time you rent, or you can easily purchase Tenant Protection at the time you rent.


  • Do I need to provide my own lock?

    No, one is provided as part of your move in! You will be provided a high-quality disc lock to ensure your belongings remain safe and the lock is yours to keep forever.

  • Do you keep a key to my unit?

    We do not keep a copy of the key to your unit. The lock provided to you comes with several keys, and we do not keep any duplicates or a master key.

  • Do I need to give a move out notice?

    The rental agreement you sign upon moving in requires you to give a move out notice at least 10 days prior to vacating your storage unit. You may give notice of move out online through your account, or you may provide a member of our staff with a written notice. In addition to in person delivery, your written notice can be given after business hours by email, post mail, or the office drop box. If possible, we appreciate giving notice one month prior to your move out date.
